Thoroughly towel dry the hair after shampooing three times for the cleansing phase with Disciplina Intensa Prep Shampoo.
Pour one 30 ml bottle of Disciplina Intensa Treatment into the Actyva bowl.
Divide the hair into 4 sections and apply the product with a brush section by section, starting from the ends and working up the mid-shafts until the hair is completely saturated.
The product can also be applied directly with the applicator tip of the bottle.
Massage the hair sections after each application and comb.
Cover the hair with a cap and place under a heat source for 20 minutes.
Remove the cap and rinse thoroughly.
Then proceed to apply the mask.
