5. Select the proper level of Welloxon Developer to mix with Koleston Perfect/Illumina hair color
2. Mixing ratio 1:1
3. Special Blondes color, mixing ratio 1:2
4. Mix the Developer & hair color in a color bowl.
5. Apply the color on the hair and let it process for 30-40 minutes without heat or 15 - 25 minutes with heat for regular color.
6. Apply the color on the hair and let it process for 50 - 60 minutes without heat or 25 - 35 minutes with heat for Special Lift color.
Note: To be used only after being trained by a certified trainer
